Free trials for Pro and Team

You can now try Pro or Team before you pay for them. Add a card at checkout, use the full plan for the length of the trial, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you owe nothing.

We also made billing failures legible. If a charge is declined, the workspace sees a clear message about what failed and how to fix it, instead of quietly slipping into a broken state. Admins can set or extend a trial for a workspace from the admin panel when a conversation calls for it.

Notes

• Existing subscriptions are unaffected. Prices are bound at checkout, so customers on earlier pricing keep it.
