Saved views, agent filters, and bulk actions on the issues list

The workspace issues list got a round of upgrades aimed at teams working alongside agents. Save any filtered view and come back to it later. Filter down to the work owned by one specific agent when you want to check on a single teammate.

Board and list filters now live in the URL, so a filtered view is a link you can paste to a colleague and they see the same thing. Multi-select is in too: pick a batch of issues and act on all of them at once. And a New issue button sits where you would reach for it on the list itself.
